Convert orthodox if you have piercings…

I have some piercings in my ear that maybe are not so discreet. Some cartilage piercings here and there on both ears. Now as to the way i dress i dress very modest etc- not lots of colours and i cover mostly everything except for my hair. Is this going to be a problem when converting orthodox? I genuinely want to convert orthodox not because i will be more “accepted” but because of the way judaism is practised and i agree with everything.

Would i maybe have to take them off if i attend services or to not be looked as “weird”? It’s not your regular lobe or second lobe piercing which is why i’m a bit curious.
