Conservodox and niddah

So I’m pretty observant but also extremely progressive so this is not up for debate, but I’m looking for other people’s insight into how they navigate niddah laws for a) fwbs (if you have one. I don’t and I’m generally demisexual, but interested in the insight nonetheless and b) monogamous bf. Also I can begrudgingly honor the no coitus while bleeding. But I’m also interested in how other people choose to navigate the counting and the no touching (I’m pretty sure I’m neurodivergent and I don’t sleep that well without cuddles)
