After consulting with our Rabbi, two doctors, the funeral director, and the head of another Chevra, we decided to go ahead. The cause of death was completely unrelated so our typical procedures were adequate in regards to the deceased, we just had to be really careful to avoid any potential contact with each other. It went off smoothly & professionally. I am so proud of the dedication of our team in performing Kavod ha’Met under such circumstances.
