Challah Topping Suggestions

Hi, my wife and I make challah very often, and we’re looking for some new varieties to try out. Not looking to switch up the whole recipe, just new toppings to put on at the end.

So far we’ve been doing Sesame, Poppy, Zaatar, Sugar Crumb, Everything, and Raisin. Looking mostly for non-sweet toppings, but any suggestions welcome!
