Careers and Judaism

How does one work as a deal maker / investment banker and still have time to be a good partner and fulfill familial obligations in Judaism?

My dream is to work on wall st as a banker or perhaps as an investor, but the hours are like 80-120 hours a week. I read that even though everyone gets Shabbat off, people still can’t properly date.

Then I think about getting married. Will I even get to see my wife and kids? Is Shabbat all we’ll get together? How does that even work? Perhaps I should pick a different career? What about the wife’s career? Will the kids get raised by a babysitter?

Anyone on here have experience with Wall St. careers and keeping Jewish obligations?
