can someone who identifies as non-binary be a ne’eman kashrut if they follow pretty much everything else in halacha?

I was doing some thinking and in judaism if IIRC a ne’eman kashrut is for example in a restaurant or somewhere jewish, is a religious person who can light the fire and check the eggs so that a non-jewish person can use them, so I was wondering if someone who follows everything but identifies as they/them or something similar if they could be ne’eman kashrut?
