Can I write Torah quotes and post them on a wall?

Hello all. At my university we have a small Jewish Society and the multi faith chaplaincy are interested in making a display of quotes from different religions about peace/love etc. The person who asked is specifically interested in quotes from the Torah.

So my question is, if I replace all of the holy names, is there a reason why I can’t give them a quote from Torah to put up on the wall?
