Can I wear a גם זה יעבור ring as a prospective convrt?

I looked it up and apparently it’s idolatry since king Solomon’s ring was said to have powers, but I dount a $20 ring I order off of Amazon is gonna have magic powers, and the reason I want it isn’t because of that, it’s cause the story was really touching to me and I want the ring as a reminder that everything is only temporary. My other concern is that it’ll be seen as cultural appropriation since I’m not Jewish. Should I be worried about either of those or should I just order it? Or is this a better question for a rabbi?
