Can goyim name their children with traditional Jewish names?

My husband and I are expecting a baby and have a list of names we love. I was listening to NPR and heard Ophira Eisenberg’s name and fell in love with it. My Aunt is Jewish as are my cousins and all love the idea of having more Jewish names in our family. However, neither my husband nor I are Jewish. The names we love are Ophira and Ephraim. However, I don’t want to use traditionally Jewish names if that is in any way offensive.
