I’m 16 and have been in love with Judaism since… oh geez since forever. Technically speaking, i remember starting to do serious research when i was 11 and haven’t stopped since.
I want to convert more than anything else, I have for years. I’m aware of all the pros and cons and the challenges i will face by choosing to do this. I’m specifically interested in the Conservative branch. Would a Rabbi allow me, a 16 year old, to convert? Or do I have to wait 2 more years?
I know the easiest way to have this question answered would be to just GO to a Rabbi, but as I am not yet fully vaccinated I’m not going anywhere just yet (please respect this, no unnecessary comments about the virus being a “hoax” or anything like that). So I’m asking here and hoping for an answer.
