Book recommendation – similiar to Paul Tillich’s history of Christianity

I was hoping to get a book recommendation from someone who might know what I am looking for.

The christian theologian Paul TILLICH wrote a book called a history of christian thought from its Judaic and hellenistic origns to existentialism.

I was hoping someone might be able to recommend me any similiar books from a jewish thinker that covers the same ground of a brief intellectual-philosophical-cultural history from the ancient times up to existentialism?

Any recommendations would be seriously appreciated especially with a philosophical focus.
