Blessing over the children resource?

I need to learn the blessing over the children. Not just for me, also for family with varying Hebrew background, so in addition to a good transliteration, it’s usually been helpful to find a good song or video with the words.

The sources/melodies I’ve found thus far are…complex, jarring, grating, not catchy. The prayer itself seems bit more complicated than most prayers, but I’m determined to incorporate this into our Shabbat tradition. Does anyone have suggestions?

I’d also take suggestions for eshet chayal, which I’ve found similarly frustrating for the same reasons.
