I’ve recently received a harrowing diagnosis. In short, it is very unlikely I am going to make it past this year. I had just started my journey to becoming Jewish. Only my immediate family knows, and I have not yet told my rabbi lest he stop my process, but even if I’m on track, I am doubtful that I will be able to complete my journey in this short amount of time. Not sure how to proceed.
