Are there any people who actually follow Noahidism?

I was wondering if there were/are any groups that follow the Noahide laws and recognize Judaism as the “one true religion” without being Jews themselves. I don’t mean Christians who see us as G-d’s chosen people but people who fully believe in Judaism but still view themselves as gentiles that need to follow Noahidism.
