Are non-Jews allowed to read/study Torah and Talmud?

I’m not a Jew in terms of both race nor religion. I’ve looked up online as see that Rabbis saying that there are certain restrictions to learn Jewish scriptures as a non – Jew. However I’m confused because many Rabbis have different sayings on such matter. Some say that non-Jews can study Written Torah but not Oral Torah. Some say that they are allowed to learn to gain wisdom. I’ve not made enough research on it and I certainly do not believe online articles as much as individual’s sayings here. Especially on this sub.

And if we are allowed to learn, what are the orders to learn? Like, what is the first thing to read?
