Hypothetically, if someone was able to donate an old church or synagogue in a place like Newark or Philadelphia to a hasidic sect to encourage them to start building a new community in an area in need of economic revitalization. Would that be realistic in anyway? Or are most sects content with Brooklyn, Lakewood, Monsey etc?
