Are all Reform synagogues like the one I’ve visited?

Today, I was at a Bar Mitzvah. It was held in the Darchey Noam synagogue in Ramat HaSharon, Israel. It was pretty nice overall, but the Rabbi got me annoyed. He said that they’re short of money, and need donations. Then, he said that if we won’t send them donations, the synagogue’ll turn into an Orthodox synagogue, and he said that like Orthodox synagogues are a bad thing!!!! It got me pretty angry, as Orthodox jews are our brothers (in my case, they literally are)! Also, he also said that they’re better than Orthodox synagogues during the tefilah. Are all Reform synagogues like this? In fact, today got me thinking about being more Orthodox… They also didn’t throw candy which was disappointing…
