Are all Christian churches avodah zarah?

The Talmud pretty firmly states that it’s prohibited to enter a Christian church for various reasons, namely due to the trinity and the presence of icons. With the advent of non trinitarian and iconoclastic churches like Unitarianism, Jehovah’s Witnesses, and Seventh Day Adventists, however, I’m wondering if these churches would still be considered avodah zarah?
