A long time ago, I remember reading about the angel of death and brit milah. I remember reading that after the passing of a loved one, those who are close of kin are all at risk of being taken by the angel of death during this time, and the circumcision of a male child somehow mitigates this risk.
Unfortunately, I can’t remember where I read this. Does anyone else remember hearing/reading this?
