Am trying matzah for my fasts

Assalamulaikum/Aleichom Shalom

I am a Muslim who is trying Matzah to break my fast tonight. I said I would do it at some point so I am doing it today.

I need y’alls help with something.

I have some questions:

1) Where do I find it 2) What is the best brand of it 3) What can I combine with it, I am good at cooking/ recipes so if y’all can give me something it be appreciated 😀

Edit: Due to there being a limited number of this product I will buy very limited of it as to leave it for the Jews and their traditions coming up, I heard is short because of the Christian that also do this tradition but ik many Jews think that their version isn’t correct, if I’m wrong correct me on this
