Am I not Jewish?

I am at least the seed of Israel.

My father is one hundred percent Jewish. My mother is half Jewish, her father being where it comes from so she is jew-ish. Also, she has never practiced the faith.

Judaism passes down matrilineally, but does that apply to a mother who is Zera Yisreal?

Perhaps since my mother is not religiously a Jew neither am I. Just wanted to hear from someone who knows more.
