Almost self harmed because of all the hate towards Jews

So some quick background, I’ve tried to kill myself and used to do self harm but ended up going to a mental hospital and got pills which helped me but I’m Jewish and I’ve been seeing so much anti-semitism and hate by people and I feel like no one cares about or my people, I support black lives matter and hate racists but the same people I’m trying to support hate me (not all but a lot). They’re saying we’re not real Jews because we’re not as dark as them even tho my mom took a dna test and it said like 99.9% Jewish so clearly we’re real Jews and all the hate I was reading got to me and I was about to cut myself for the first time in months and do self harm just because of all this hate
