Affordable Modern Orthodox communities NYC

Hi All!

I’m in the process of converting to Judaism via a Modern Orthodox shul in one of the more well known Jewish neighborhoods in Manhattan. I’m wanting to complete my conversion, but also am exploring changing careers to one where I’ll need to work my way up. So I’m considering moving to a more affordable Modern Orthodox community. I’m a single woman in my 30s so am definitely looking for a place where there’s a decent chance of meeting a single religious man is his 30s/40s without having to come to the UWS/UES regularly.

If you’re familiar with the below neighborhoods, how do you think it is for singles in their 30s/40s?

*Forest Hills/Rego Park

*Kew Gardens

*Any others I’m missing?

Thank you!
