Accidentally stood on ant trail

Hi all I just wanted to get some opinions on an event that happened to me today, I was walking across a curb and as I stood on the curb and looked down I realised I had stood on an ant trail I felt horrible as I was slightly dazed and unaware due to thinking quiet deeply about a specific event that has just occured prior. Upon realising that I may have damaged an ant I feel horrible, has anyone else experienced a similar event I feel terrible and I wanted to know what would be good do do amend this. Thanks everyone
